Initially many businesses will only need to use the Money IN and OUT cashbooks - the BAS is generated automatically from the cashbooks.
"Ease of use" is shown as the part of the "iceberg" visible above the water.
"Flexibility"
is provided by the many features "below the water line".
These are very useful as the business grows.
By design many are not initially visible
- this makes the cashbook easier to use.
The SUMMARY button and the menus will display them when they are needed.
