1. Sort
The cashbook is initially in DATE order. To sort by DETAILS click on the word DETAILS
at the top of the DETAILS column. In this movie example Adam has two records ($30 and $70).
2. Sub-Total Summary
The Summary button has summary choices including
the summary of Customers.
In this example Adam's two records ($30 + $70) total $100.
3. Available Money
The Business Position Report displays the current cash position
4. Yearly Report for Accountant
The Business Balance Report is ideal for the accountant
